How I handle your data

What I collect

Your email, your name if you give it, the site language and, if you ask for it, the plan you built in the MAPA template. In the contact form, also your message.

What I use it for

To send you the plan you requested and reply to your messages. Only if you tick the box, to send you the newsletter. I don't sell or share your data.

Who I share it with

With the providers that run the site: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). They may store data outside Colombia.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and, where it applies, the GDPR. Write to me through the contact form and I'll reply within 15 business days. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.

How long I keep it

While you remain subscribed or until you ask me to delete it.
